Meebo refused me because of “as a smaller sites”

meeboBullishChina.com tried to apply Meebo Bar, it looks awosome and is first used in Mashable.com, however, get such reply.

Hi

Due to resource constraints, Meebo is not yet set up to work with smaller sites. Each integration requires several hours of work, so it simply doesn’t add up yet. We’re actively working to streamline integrations to cast a wider net for partnerships – hopefully in 2010.
